Living with anxiety or depression can feel like an overwhelming weight—constantly affecting your thoughts, emotions, and everyday life. The persistent worry, crippling sadness, and difficulty just getting through the day can be exhausting. Kenedy treats adults and children using grounding techniques, mindfulness, and cognitive therapy to provide support and help navigate through challenging life experiences and find relief.
Kenedy specializes in treating the entire person, and has a rich background in Sports Psychology work and working with athletes struggling with performance, emotional, and relationship issues. Kenedy uses the same approach treating depression and anxiety for adolescents and adults alike. Her office is a comfortable and safe place to explore yourself in a non-intimidating way, and she works with people ages 10 and up.
Her approach to therapy is built on trust, empathy, and collaboration. Kenedy works with clients to create personalized strategies that not only address immediate concerns but also help foster long-term emotional resilience. Whether you’re looking for relief from the constant cycle of anxiety or sadness, or seeking ways to regain control over your life, Kenedy is dedicated to guiding you through the process.
Kenedy, before pursuing academic and professional training leading to her therapy practice, was a National Champion college basketball player and NCAA National Player of the Year, and now enjoys a very active lifestyle as an avid pickleball player and CrossFit athlete. She encourages all clients to prioritize self-care, both physically and emotionally, as a part of the healing journey.
Kenedy completed her BA at Hope College and received her MSW from Baylor University.
Kenedy is here to help you find the relief and strength you deserve, guiding you toward a place of healing and peace.
