Yes. Depending on age and needs, our therapists may involve you in sessions, share helpful insights, or guide you on how to support your child outside of therapy.

Changes in mood, behavior, sleep, school performance, or social withdrawal can be signs your child is struggling. Therapy can help identify what’s going on and offer support.

Yes. We’re happy to help match you with a therapist and answer your questions before scheduling your first session.

Yes. Your privacy is a top priority. What you share in therapy stays between you and your therapist, with a few legal exceptions we'll explain upfront.

We accept almost all private insurance as well as Medicaid and Medicare,
and we accept HSA and FSA payment methods. Please connect with
your therapist about what insurance plans you wish to use, and we can
provide you with the information you need to move forward with therapy.
