What to Know Before You Start

Wondering how therapy works, what’s covered, or if it’s private? We’ve answered a few common questions to help you feel more at ease before reaching out.

No. You’re in control of what you share and when. Therapy starts with trust, and we’ll move at a pace that feels safe for you.

Yes. We’re happy to help match you with a therapist and answer your questions before scheduling your first session.

Yes. Your privacy is a top priority. What you share in therapy stays between you and your therapist, with a few legal exceptions we'll explain upfront.

We accept almost all private insurance as well as Medicaid and Medicare,
and we accept HSA and FSA payment methods. Please connect with
your therapist about what insurance plans you wish to use, and we can
provide you with the information you need to move forward with therapy.
